　　大学话剧社的聚会，让藤井惠美（香里奈 饰）与后辈小仓咲（吉高由里子 饰）、半泽真子（大岛优子 饰）成为了合租房的室友。三人皆是单身，各有其无法恋爱的理由。27岁的藤井是位女照明师，男孩气十足，周围同事都不把她当女性看待，而她一直无法忘记前男友也是她的好哥们；24岁的小咲大学毕业迟迟无法找到理想的工作，在夜店做陪酒小姐，周旋于男人中间的她身心疲惫，觉得自己再也不会心动恋爱了；22岁的真子暗恋着派遣公司的上司，过于认真的性格让她在二人关系中一直处于被动且被人指责过于沉重。
